Spring Tryouts – Opening April 1st
Spring tryouts for all GLHA players will open at their local associations on April 1st. Players may be released after one tryout;
cost is 65.00 per tryout session.
Families are asked to:

Important Update for 2025-26 Season
Following new policies from the OHF, there will be no geographic restrictions for U8–U18 players this season.
These changes were introduced to provide families with greater flexibility when determining the best development path for their child. While player movement is not the goal, offering choice ensures we stay responsive to the evolving needs of our hockey community.

Last season, the OHF introduced significant changes to their player movement regulations. Families are seeking flexibility, and to remain relevant and responsive, our structure must adapt. Each of our organizations plays a vital role in player development and experience. The goal of this change is not to encourage movement, but to provide choice when families believe a different environment or path is the right fit for their child.
Registration will be open for house league June 1st for all associations, please check with your local associations for details on registering.
