THE GLHA SUPPORTS THE LONDON SHOEBOX PROJECT!
It is the season of giving and this year we are challenging all of our hockey families across the city to be leaders within each of our communities and support this amazing initiative together as an entire association!

The Shoebox Project for Women is a registered charity that collects and distributes gift-filled Shoeboxes to women impacted by homelessness in communities across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. For women who have been displaced from their homes and estranged from their families, special occasions can be particularly challenging. Often, women report feeling disconnected from society, invisible and alone. A Shoebox gift is a powerful reminder for a woman that she has not been forgotten and that she remains a valued and respected member of her community.

It's time for the GLHA to give back!

We are asking all of the GLHA to participate in
The London Shoebox Project this holiday season.
Each London hockey association have been challenged to
collect and fill as many shoe boxes as you can!
Make it a team effort and compete against your other teams within each association!
