As of October 19, 2021, ONCA is in force. The Act provides not-for-profit corporations with a three-year transition period from the date ONCA came into force to make any necessary changes to their governing documents. The GLHA has been working hard to complete the necessary changes to our Constitution to be in compliance. Our Draft format is now visible for all of our members to review and will be approved at our Annual General Membership Meeting on June 20, 2024.
