Respect in Sport - All Coaches, Trainers and Managers within the jurisdiction of the ALLIANCE are required to be certified in the RIS - for Activity Leaders Program.

Gender Identity Training - The Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) has launched a training module for team officials to support trans-inclusive hockey in Ontario; Understanding Discrimination based on Gender Identity and Gender Expression Training.
Making Ethical Decisions - As a part of the certification process for Coach 2-Coach Level, Development 1, and High Performance 1 coaches are required to complete the Making Ethical Decisions (MED) online evaluation module.
